What is your cancellation policy?

I ask for a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.

I am flexible! Please reach out to reschedule your session within the same week. Within 24 hours or if you do not show up to our scheduled session time, I charge a full session fee.

Please note I will wait 10 minutes for you to enter the session. After 10 minutes, I will end the session, which will be recorded as a no-show.

Why don’t you take my insurance?

There are several reasons why I do not accept insurance. First and foremost, I don’t believe in insurance companies dictating the duration, length, and type of therapeutic services people receive.

Insurance companies operate from a business mindset, often denying coverage and wanting to spend the least amount of money possible. I believe you are much more than a number, and I focus on quality of care rather than speed of services.

Who is your deal client?

You are! I love meeting people wherever they are on their journey in life.

I work from a person-centered approach to therapy, and I believe you know your pain points best. If you feel lost, depressed, anxious, or alone, I am here to help. Together, we can find YOU again.
