Couples Counseling
Relationships can be deeply fulfilling and deeply challenging. Whether
you’re feeling disconnected, stuck in repeating patterns, or unsure how
to communicate in a way that truly lands, couples counseling can offer a

My approach combines Solution-Focused Therapy with a person-
centered, compassionate style. Together, we won’t just rehash problems;
we’ll identify what’s working, clarify what each partner truly wants, and
build on your strengths as a team. Rather than staying caught in the past,
we’ll focus on creating specific, practical shifts that improve
communication, rebuild trust, and foster healthier ways of relating.
At the same time, I hold space for each partner’s unique inner world.
Through a person-centered lens, I meet both of you exactly where you
are. I don’t take sides, assign blame, or force a specific outcome. You’ll
have room to explore feelings, understand each other’s perspectives, and
reconnect with empathy and intention.
